Our location is at the end of Southport and beginning of Labrador, on the Gold Coast Hwy and nearest cross road is Robert St.
- All caravans, cabins, villas, house, cottages, and units, are fully equipped with small stove, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils
- All cottages, house, units, deluxe villas and en-suite cabins are equipped with a microwave oven in the kitchenette
- Linen not provided but may be hired for $15.00 per double and $12.00 per single per stay. Includes linen/towel/blankets & pillows with clean pillow cases. A one off supply - no service provided.
- All accommodation has one car provision; surcharge of $5.00pn applies for extra cars, trailer, jetski and boat.
- To avoid disappointment we require a non-refundable deposit/full payment to confirm all bookings.
- Full payment on bookings up to 4 days and 50% deposit on bookings over 4 days.
- Minimum stay requirements apply during school holiday and peak season periods.
- Our check-in time is between 2-6pm, outside these times, please make alternate arrangements. Check-out time is 10am.
- Office hours 7 days a week 8.30am- 8.30pm.
- No refunds if you change your mind. If canceling booking, a cancellation fee will apply and then a credit note issued for use within 12 months.
- When you have checked-in, you are committed to your booking dates and no refund applies, if you leave early.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- Bonds, key or damage deposits may be required prior to key issue.
